Customer on the phone: "What time do you close?"
Me: "We close at 6." I glance at the clock and it's 5:50.
CotP: "My kid's glasses are in, will I make it in time if I leave now?"
Me: "Uh, well, where do you live?"
CotP: " We're in Des Moines. If we leave now we can be there in 45 minutes or so."
Me: "Well, we close in ten minutes."
CotP: "So you don't think I can make it?"
